Payments can be made directly to DA Sports Shots via Venmo: @da300 or cash prior to the start of the tournament.

We ask that you text (980) 318-6415 your name and division you are playing on the day that you would like photography. Example: Jon 15Doe – 12U – Singles – 8:00a (time bracket starts)

By checking this box, I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) named above. I hereby grant The Junior Spin, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child (minor (s)) for use in: Printed publications, including magazines and brochures Digital media, including websites and social media platforms Promotional materials and advertisements I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Junior Spin, LLC and will not be returned. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my child’s likeness appears. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that neither I nor my child(ren) will receive financial compensation for the use of these images. I release and hold harmless Junior Spin, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
